Padraig Kennelly Senior and Friends in Dunquin

1st August 1955; Padraig Kennelly Senior and Joe treacy with a group in Dunquin on the day of the opening of the Bru na Graige Hostel. The boy is Gearoid O'Cathain, 'The lonliest boy in the world', aged 8 years. Gearoid was the last schoolboy on the Great Blasket Island before it was evacuated in 1953.
