Jack McClelland Swims from Caherciveen to Dingle
16th August 1965; A crowd welcome Jack McClelland in Dingle after he swam from Coonana Cove, Caherciveen, in 7 hours and 52 minutes. A few small boats followed him on the 16 mile swim.
