Canadian Visitors at Listowel Harvest Festival

September 1967; Lady Mayoress and Mayor Carl Wicke from Listowel, Ontario, which is twinned with Listowel, Co. Kerry, meet Mayor Tommy Waters of Thetford, England, during the Harvest Festival.
