26th June 1967; Signing the contract documents for the construction of the Bridge at Valentia in the County Council Chambers, Tralee. The signees were: Mr M.J. Hegarty and E.C. Corbett, who signed on behalf of the contractors, P.J. Hegarty & Sons, Cork; P. O'Halloran, Kerry Co. Manager; Moss Lawlor, Chairman, Kerry Co. Council; and E.A. Stack, Secretary, Kerry Co. Council.
