Textura (Ireland) Ltd.
17th November 1967; Mr George Colley, Minister for Industry and Commerce opening the Textura (Ireland) Ltd. Factory in Killorglin. The factory had a staff of sixteen men and women and produced furniture upholstery cloth for export. Mr. Leif Persson Junior was the factory manager of the Swedish-owned company. Forty-five Continental Industrialists flew into Cork for the opening.
