

The Albina Broderick Memorial
4th August 1968; The memory of Albina Broderick, daughter of a British Earl, who gave everything up for Irish freedom was commemorated in Sneem. A Celtic Cross over her grave in the Church of Ireland Cemetary was unveiled by John Joe Sheehy. The memorial was blessed by Very Rev. Charles M Gray-Stack, Dean of Ardfert.
