The St Brendan II off Dingle

26th August 1967; Captain Louis Lourmais, a 46 year old oceanographer who was born in Boston, and 26 year old Canadian Vint Lloyd followed St Brendan the Navigator's route across the Atlantic via Greenland and Iceland to Nova Scotia, in their boat, the St Brendan II.
