Crew Member Of The 'Ierne' Vessel

May 1958; A crew member on board the 'Ierne' Vessel from Liverpool which was making it's way to the Skellig Islands with President and Mrs Sean T O'Kelly on board. The 'Ierne', the Irish Lights service vessel, was in Valentia for the launch of the Rowland Watts Lifeboat. The naming ceremony was performed by Mrs O'Kelly.
