A Presentation to Arthur O'Leary

21st December 1968; Tralee Urban District Council Chairman Arthur J O'Leary, was presented with a chain of office as a gift from the Festival of Kerry Committee. The chain had a medallion showing the Tralee Coat of Arms mounted by a Rose.
