Launch Of Rowland Watts Lifeboat

May 1958; A photo taken of the viewing stand on the pier in Valentia for the official launch of the Rowland Watts Lifeboat. The lifeboat was officially launched at the Knightstown Pier in Valentia by Mrs Sean T O'Kelly, wife of the President of Ireland. The launch was followed by a reception on the front lawn of the Royal Hotel.
