The Jamaican Provider Ship in Fenit
28th March 1968; County Manager Pat O'Halloran (centre) with members of Tralee UDC and Kerry Council in Fenit to see the largest ship to arrive in Fenit by 1968, the Jamaican Provider (649 tons net) from Rotterdam. The ship was in Fenit to transport Liebherr Cranes. The Jamaican Provider was owned by Bahamian Company, Narwhal Ltd.
