Photographer Padraig Kennelly tells how the rain and the mild climate suited farming in County Kerry, Ireland. He describes how farmers switched from the Shorthorn breed to Friesian or Hereford breeds in the 1950s and 60s. Padraig also explains how cattle marts and prize shows replaced traditional fairs during this period.
