The late photographer Padraig Kennelly remembers the film shoot of J. M. Synge's play The Playboy of the Western World in the summer of 1961. Filmed on location at Inch Beach on the Dingle Peninsula, County Kerry, Ireland, the film starred English actor Gary Redmond and Siobhán McKenna.
