General De Gaulle In Ireland

10th May-19th June 1969; Charles Andre Joseph Marie De Gaulle, French General and Statesman who rescued his country from the chaos and ruin it had fallen into during World War II, visits Kerry for a quiet holiday. The General was leaving the church in Sneem where he attended mass on the 18th May.
